FAQs

We will be hosting an in-person hackathon at our venue in Berkeley, as well as a virtual option for those who cannot attend in person. Both formats will run simultaneously, giving participants the freedom to choose how they’d like to engage.

Participation is open to everyone—students, professionals, and enthusiasts from any background or location. However, please note that our in-person hackathon has limited capacity, so we will carefully review all IRL applications and notify applicants if they’ve been selected.

For the in-person (IRL) event, please register here: https://dorahacks.io/hackathon/flare-google-hackathon-irl/detail . For the virtual event, please register here: https://dorahacks.io/hackathon/flare-google-hackathon-virtual/detail

Both the in-person and virtual hackathons are free to join. However, for those attending in person, there will be a small deposit required, which will be fully refunded upon check-in at the venue.

Yes! Our mentors and experts will be available throughout the entire hackathon—on site for in-person participants and via our Telegram group for virtual attendees.

Please reach out to us at [email protected] or connect with us on Telegram at https://t.me/+StI5VEIvtIg2ODlh We’re here to help!
